Colours to watch for
Okay, so there were a lot of oranges, turquoises, purples and especially greys in style for 2009. Although I don't think our eyes have finished feasting on the lovely shades within those colours, here's a little bit of which colours I think will be prevalent in 2010 in both fashion and home decor:
Dark navy blues and soft blushes, a new take on a classic parisian-inspired feminine palate.
Photo is"tutu-rose" by Eleonore Bridge.
Mustard yellow instead of the bright orange:
Muted brighter tones like this grapefruit colour (the vibrant coral we've seen so much of lately is growing a little tired):
Emerald green:
(can't remember where I found this, if you know msg me)
And other muted bright tones that seem halfway between jewels and pastels (although the odd jewel tone is always a good thing):
What colours do you think will be hot in 2010?
