101 in 1001 (goals for a better life)
This project of accomplishing 101 goals in 1001 days is something I have seen on a lot of other blogs and is originally from Day Zero. This works out to roughly 2.75 years; so starting today I would finish on April 12th, 2013, with one leap year to consider. The problem perhaps might be finding 101 goals. I'll be updating my progress on this list as I go...you can see all of my 101 in 1001 items in a new page link in the top menu of my blog, or here. Also, keep your eyes peeled for an upcoming sidebar button that will link to all of my goal completion updates!
To start day zero off right, I figured I should complete something on the list. So I cleaned out my closet and have a big black garbage bag full of old clothes to donate! It was probably the easiest thing on there but hey, it still counts. Inspired? Want to start your own? If you do, please comment here with a link to yours so I can follow your progress too!

love your list Shannon!! There are a lot of things I've done myself especially in your "fun" list, but at the same time and planning to do several more times in my life ... sun run, grouse grind just to name two... so if you wanna a buddy :) Tom and I will be doing the Sun Run yearly, so come with us next year and we were actually thinking of doing the grind next Friday morning and you're more than welcome to join in! <3 ash
It's like a bucket list, only a shorter finish date :] Love this idea, might even start one for myself. What will you do if there's any goals don't finish?
By the way, if you still have your donations bag, I can take it off your hands :D
Unfortunately, the bag is already gone. :(
I'm not sure what happens if you don't finish a certain goal. I suppose it's just the feeling of personal failure? Sounds delightful...

Ah I love Day Zero my friend told me about it recently and I think it's such a neat idea. I love to-do lists in the first place and this is a really great way to just do things you always say you will.
